SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped out within 4 business days from date of order. Packages will be labeled fragile to ensure careful handling. You will be issued a tracking number upon receiving shipment confirmation. 

Due to COVID-19, please be patient with processing and shipping as the materials that are used to produce the jewelry are specialty. These are one-of-a-kind items, and are not mass produced. 

IMPORTANT: For international shipments, if you order from a country that USPS cannot ship to, whether due to COVID-19 or another reason, you will given a refund.

If your package states that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office, and also email support@kommpassionriot.com. Kommpassion Riot cannot take responsibility for packages that state "delivered," but will do our best to help. 

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email support@kommpassionriot.com immediately. 

We will change the address and fulfill your request,  albeit there may be a $5 fee for the shipping.

If there is an issue verifying your address, you will be contacted. If you do not respond after several attempts to contact you, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.
 

​​RETURN AND REFUND POLICY​

Returns and exchanges are allowed in the first 30 days with a full refund.
